This document outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the 18300 platform. Please read carefully before registering an account or using any of our services. Continued use of the platform means you accept all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing or using the 18300 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To use the 18300 platform, you must:
- At least 18 years of age on the date of registration;
- Being a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not prohibited by any local laws or regulations from using services of this kind;
- Registering with true, accurate, and current information.
18300 reserves the right to refuse registration applications or terminate accounts of any users who do not meet the eligibility criteria above without prior notice.
2. Account Creation and Security Responsibility
Each user is permitted to have only one active account at any given time. Attempts to register multiple accounts may result in all related accounts being closed without compensation. During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address.
You are fully responsible for:
- Confidentiality of your account password and login information;
- All activities conducted under your account, whether known to you or not;
- Report to 18300 immediately if there is any unauthorized access to your account.
18300 is not responsible for losses resulting from users’ failure to keep their login credentials secure.
3. Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
Users agree to use the 18300 platform only for lawful purposes and not to violate any applicable Malaysian laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, automated software, or other technical methods to manipulate games or the system;
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account;
- Engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or any illegal activities through the platform;
- Distributing harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content via chat functions or interactions on the platform;
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the 18300 platform systems.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account without refund of remaining funds.
4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 18300 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits must be made using payment methods approved by 18300 and sourced from a valid account registered in the user’s name.
Important information regarding financial transactions:
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to current policies outlined in the user account;
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the specified time frame depending on the chosen payment method;
- 18300 reserves the right to delay or withhold any transactions suspected of involving fraud or money laundering until investigations are completed;
- Any fees imposed by banks or payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user;
- Funds in inactive accounts exceeding the specified period may be subject to maintenance fees according to current policies.
5. Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy
The 18300 platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free service, or that all user requirements will be met. To the extent permitted by law, 18300 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
18300 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts under the following circumstances:
- There is evidence or suspicion of fraud, abuse, or breach of terms;
- Users found to have provided false information during registration;
- There is a valid legal request from authorized authorities;
- Accounts inactive for longer than the specified period without any transactions.
In cases of account closure due to terms violations, 18300 reserves the right to withhold any remaining funds until the investigation is complete.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
All content on the 18300 platform including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code are the exclusive property of 18300 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without explicit written permission from 18300.
The 18300 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 18300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is at the user’s own risk.
18300 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after terms are updated will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
